Which is better for you and less fattening in coffee? Fat Free creamer or sugar and skim milk?

Currently i drink about 1-2 cups of coffee a day and usually load the fat free creamer into it. I wanna loose about 5 lbs and i think this daily dose of creamer is holding me back a bit. Would switching to skim milk and a spoonful of sugar reduce my calorie and fat intake at all?

are you talking about stuff like coffeemate?

skim milk and sugar would definitely be healthier than using the processed stuff and probably would be lower in calories, but it depends on how much of each you’re using.

Non fat creamer is just like adding sugar, it’s the carbs that end up turning to sugar in your blood. I believe the non-fat has 10 carbs per teaspoon so adding that up, if you are “loading” the cup, you probaby are adding 10-20 servings. That could be equivalent to 100-200 cals.
