Why do coffee drinkers get free refills?

I dont drink coffee so when ever I go out for breakfast i get chocolate milk. I usually have to order another one and pay more money. Meanwhile the coffe drinker gets free refills. Why is this?

Order soda. You will get free refills then.
Juice and milk cost a lot more. That’s why you get jipped. I don’t drink coffe OR soda, so I know what you mean. I usually just drink water after my juice runs out.
